Password hints are stored in case you forget your password at a later date. Type a hint that will help you recall your password later, should you need help remembering it. Ideally, a hint should be a phrase or question that means something to you but to no one else. For security reasons the hint entered must be different from the password. Your password hint is only used to help you remember your actual password - the hint itself will never be used for validation.

Your Call-in Pin is a 4-digit number that you supply to the Customer Service or Technical Support Representative when you call us, in order to verify your identity and customer account.
