After you purchase Web Site Design Services, we send you an email to explain the process and outline your next steps. As soon as you're ready, log in to the Design Manager to begin the Interactive Online Interview. The Interactive Online Interview allows you to participate in the creation of your Web site by exploring the elements that make up a Web site, gathering important information, and making decisions that help your designer create the perfect site for you.

The interview process is self-paced. You can stop at any point during the process, and easily return to where you left off. This is not only convenient, but gives you time to really think about your answers. At the end of the Interactive Online Interview, you are asked to provide the best method for contacting you so that we can review your interview with you.

After you complete the Interactive Online Interview, a design professional contacts you within two business days to schedule a review of your information, answer any questions, and discuss the time line for building your site. The site building process does not begin until all of the content for your site is received by our design team.

If you are unable to complete the Interactive Online Interview, a telephone consultation can be scheduled.

To schedule a telephone consultation, or if you need any further information, or need to change the time of your consultation, please call (480) 366-3340
