You can export your SQL server database to an XML or a CSV file from the SQL Server database manager.

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
  3. Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
  4. In the Databases section of the Hosting Control Center, click on the SQL Server icon.
On this page, you can create new databases, delete databases, or make changes to existing databases.
  5. To access more advanced management functions, click Open Manager next to the database you want to configure.
  6. Click Connection twice and enter your User name/Password for your database.
  7. From the Databases drop-down menu, select Tables.
  8. Click on the View Contents icon.
  9. Click on the XML or CSV links. Confirm the download when prompted.
