You can install an application to any configured subdomain or non-primary domain by specifying it during the installation process. To specify a subdomain as the installation directory, select Install it into a subdomain and select the appropriate subdomain from the drop-down list.

For instance:

  • If you want WordPress installed on your site at blog.coolexample.com, specify the blog subdomain by selecting it from the subdomain drop-down list. The list appears in step two of the install process under the Choose install directory header. For more information about creating and managing subdomains, see Adding a Subdomain to Your Hosting Account.
  • If your primary site is coolexample.com but you own coolexample-classifieds.com and wanted to install Noah's Classifieds to run on that domain, coolexample-classsifieds.com appears in the list of choices during the choose domain step of installation. For more information, see Adding a Non-Primary Domain to Your Hosting Account.
  • NOTE: Configuration of non-primary domains and subdomains must occur prior to beginning the Value Applications application install process.
