A reissue is a duplicate copy of the existing SSL certificate code. There are no changes at all to the certificate.

If you did not receive their certificate download link via email, you can use the reissue function to retrieve a copy of the current certificate.

To Reissue a Current SSL Certificate Using the Reissue Function

  1. Access the SSL Account Manager site.
  2. In the Manage Certificates area click on the common/domain name that requires the reissue.
  3. Verify that the Distinguished Name: information is correct.
  4. Click Reissue at the bottom of the page.
  5. The certificate will be visible in the certificate box.
  6. Copy the certificate code for installation on the server.
  7. Log out of the certificate account.
