Which countries are currently supported for certificate issuance?

Our SSL certificates can be issued to individuals and companies worldwide but with the following restrictions:

Deluxe SSL Certificates currently cannot be issued to requestors in the following countries:

  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Burundi
  • Congo, Democratic Republic of the (formerly Zaire)
  • Congo, Republic of the
  • Côte d'Ivoire
  • Cuba
  • Cyprus
  • Haiti
  • India
  • Indonesia
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Israel
  • Liberia
  • Libya
  • Myanmar
  • North Korea
  • Pakistan
  • People's Republic of China
  • Russia
  • Rwanda
  • Sierra Leone
  • Somalia
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Tanzania
  • Uganda
  • Vietnam
  • Yemen
  • Zimbabwe

SSL Certificates currently cannot be issued for Web sites with the following country-code top-level domains:

  • .af—Afghanistan

  • .sy—Syria
