If your SSL certificate has been issued, and you are unable to access the email that contains the download link, or you are having difficulty using the link, you should reissue your SSL certificate.

To Reissue your Certificate

  1. Access your Secure Certificate Manager by logging in to the account where you purchased your certificate, click Manage SSL Certificates, then click Manage Certificate.
  2. In the Manage Current Certificates section, click on the common name that requires the certificate reissue.
  3. Click Reissue at the bottom of the page. Your signed certificate is visible in the text box on the right.
  4. Copy the complete certificate signing request, including the "-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----" and "-----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----" segments. (Do not include any additional spaces after the final dash.) Paste it into Windows Notepad or another plain text editor.
  5. Log out of your certificate manager.

You can view specific instructions for installing the certificate based on server software here:

You can obtain a copy of the intermediate certificate for your server software here:

If you are moving your SSL certificate to a new server, if your server has crashed, if you have lost your private key, or get an error message that the private key does not match you will want to re-key your SSL certificate not revoke it.
