As part of the certificate request process, when you generate the Certificate Signing Request (CSR), enter as the common name the domain you consider your primary domain. In most cases, this would be the ".com" TLD (www.yourpersonaldomainname.com). However, you may enter any of your TLDs as the primary common name. You can then choose which of the other TLD variations of your domain you want to include in the certificate.
