Why am I prompted for my password when I switch from one Online File Folder account to another or when I change folders?

Microsoft may be incorrectly caching your usernames and passwords. To avoid this situation, only use one Online File Folder Web Folder at a time. Logging out of Windows, and then logging back in, will reset this internal cache.
