What do I do with the Message Subject Field in My Email Account's Auto-Responder?

The "Message Subject" field is a custom field you can add to your auto responder message.

Customizing this field changes the subject of the auto response email. For example, if you enter "Sorry I missed you..." in the subject field, your auto-response is sent with that text as the subject.

If you leave the field blank, the sent messages contain the subject originally entered by the sender, with "[Auto-response]" added to the beginning.
