Sending a Carbon Copy of Email Messages to Other Addresses

You can set up your email account to send a carbon copy of all email received by this address to one or more email addresses.

To Enable the Carbon Copy Feature

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Email.
  3. In the Email Account list, next to the account you want to edit, click Manage Account to access the Email Control Center.
  4. If you have unused email plans, and have not previously disabled the pop-in message that displays, click View All to view your complete list of email plans.
  5. In your Email Plans list, click on the email address that you want to edit.
  6. In the Forward Carbon Copy section, in the Send CC To field, enter one or more email addresses that you want to receive copies of all messages sent to this account.
  7. Click OK when you are finished.
