Upgrading or Downgrading Your Email Account Plan

To Upgrade or Downgrade Your Email Account Plan

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Email.
  3. On the Manage Email page, click the account name, listed under Email Account, for the account you want to upgrade or downgrade.
  4. In the Account Details section, click the Upgrade/Downgrade Account link.
  5. In the Upgrade/Downgrade Options section, select the email plan that you want and then click Continue.
  6. In the shopping cart, review the list of products that you are purchasing, select a payment method, read and confirm you have read the Universal Terms of Service, and then click Checkout Now to complete your transaction.
