Editing Your Email Address Settings

Once an email address is set up in our system, you may edit your settings at any time through the Email Control Center.

NOTE: You can only modify the settings of one email address at a time.

To Edit Your Email Address Settings

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Email.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage Account.
  4. If you have unused email plans, and have not previously disabled the pop-in message that displays, click View All to view your complete list of email plans.
  5. Click the name of the email address you want to edit.
  6. Modify your email address settings as necessary:
    Change Password
    If you want to change your password, enter and confirm a new password for this email address. Your new password must contain between 5-32 characters.
    Forward Carbon Copy
    If you want to forward a copy of all messages sent to this address to another email address, enter one or more email addresses.
    Incoming Box Size
    If you want to change the amount of space allotted to this email address, specify the portion of your total storage space to allot to this email address.
    Incoming Mail Settings
    If you want to have all messages that are sent to unknown addresses at your domain forwarded to this address, select Make Catchall Account.
    SMTP Relaying
    If you want to change the number of messages (relays) you want to send each day from this email address, from the Relays per Day list, select the number of relays.
    Set Auto-Responder
    Select Auto-Responder if you want to write a message to send automatically in response to email messages you receive.
    If you are creating an auto-response message, specify the From Name and Message Subject you want to use.
  7. Click OK when you are finished.

NOTE: It may take up to 15 minutes for your changes to take effect.
