What Is a Contract Signer?

A contract signer is an individual who is authorized to sign legal documents on behalf of the applicant.

Corporate Requests

The contract signer must be an individual who is employed by the certificate applicant, or an authorized agent who has express authority to represent the applicant who has authority on behalf of the applicant to sign Subscriber Agreements on behalf of the applicant.

Business Entity Requests

The contract signer must be a principal owner of the business entity.
