Quick Blogcast allows you to enable bandwidth protection for your blogcast site. Bandwidth is a measurement of the amount of data allowed to pass between a Web site and the rest of the Internet. Each Quick Blogcast plan features a specific amount of bandwidth allotted each month.

Selecting bandwidth protection will temporarily deactivate your site if the allotted monthly bandwidth is exceeded. This protects you from being charged for extra bandwidth. If you select bandwidth protection, and your site is deactivated, it will automatically be activated on the first day of the next month.

You can also reactivate your site by purchasing additional bandwidth. If you do not select bandwidth protection, your site will remain active and you will be charged for additional bandwidth should your site exceed the monthly allotment.

NOTE: By default, bandwidth protection is not enabled.
