Payment Gateways allow you to accept and fully process credit card transactions online for your Quick Shopping Cart storefront. You can configure your storefront with your existing Authorize.Net®, Velo®CT, Chase Paymentech®, or Intuit QuickBooks Merchant Service® payment gateway accounts, or you can sign up for an account with one of these vendors.

To use a payment gateway, you need to establish a merchant account provider (MAP). The options here are many, since both payment gateways support the majority of merchant accounts.

NOTE: You must have an SSL certificate associated with your account to use a payment gateway and accept credit cards online.

Once you have established both your merchant account and your payment gateway account, you can select one of the payment gateways when configuring your payment options on the Payment Manager page. You must enter account information for your payment gateway account, and then click Verify to establish that an active payment gateway account is available for use in your Quick Shopping Cart store.
