Viewing Your Fax Thru Email Account Details

The Account Overview in Fax Thru Email provides detailed information about your account and account usage and allows you to access Fax Thru Email features. To edit the information in your account overview, you must edit your Account Settings.

Your Account Overview displays the following information:

Minutes Used
The number of minutes used out of the total number of minutes available.
Account Type
The Fax Thru Email plan you purchased.
User Name
Your user name.
Email Address
Your email address.
Fax Number
Your fax number.
Outgoing
The date, number of pages, and the recipient's fax number of the last fax you sent.
Incoming
The date, number of pages, and the sender's fax number of the last fax you received.

From the Account Overview, you can upgrade your Fax Thru Email plan, access information about using the Fax Thru Email program and toll-free numbers, and purchase additional minute packs.

WARNING: If you cancel, default on payment, or fail to renew your Fax Thru Email account, you cannot open a new account with the same fax number. A new fax number is issued with all new accounts.
