Creating Custom Fields in Your Address Book

You can create a custom field in your Web-Based Email Address Book so that you can include additional information about your contact, such as the contact's birthday. You can add up to four custom fields.

The following sections show you how to customize fields in your address book in different versions of Web-Based Email.

Email Legacy Version

To Create a Custom Field in Your Address Book

  1. From the Address Book menu, click Add New Contact.
  2. In one of the Custom fields, click the Rename hyperlink.
  3. In the Rename Field dialog box, type the name of the field.
  4. Click Update.
  5. Continue entering contact information.
