When composing email messages, you can use the Web-Based Email Address Book to send the message to a distribution list.
The following sections show you how to send messages using distributions lists in different versions of Web-Based Email.

To Send an Email Message Using a Distribution List
- From the Address Book menu, click View Address Book.
- If necessary, open the Distribution List area by clicking the plus sign (+) next to the name.
- Select the check box of the distribution list that contains the contacts you want to send a message to.
- Click Email.
- Compose your email message.
