Uninstalling a Hosting Value Application

Uninstalling an application from your hosting account is simple.

To Uninstall an Application From Your Hosting Account

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
  3. Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
  4. In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Value Applications icon. Value Applications displays.
  5. Click the See all of my applications link.
  6. Click the Installation details link next to the application you would like to uninstall.
  7. Click the Uninstall link.
  8. Select whether or not all files associated with the application should be deleted and whether or not the database associated with the application should be deleted.
  9. Select your reason for uninstalling.
  10. Enter OK in the field to confirm that you want to uninstall this application.
  11. Click Continue.

The selected application will be removed from your hosting account. You will receive an email once the uninstall is complete.
