If you need the additional relays per day to send a newsletter or marketing campaign, please follow these instructions:

  1. Provide a brief explanation about your newsletter or marketing campaign. For example: "Every Monday I send a newsletter to all of my customers".
  2. Provide the maximum number of relays you will require per day. Please note, Unlimited relays will not be granted. If you do not provide a specific amount, we will default to 5,000 per day.
  3. Provide a sample copy of the email message. The sample may be included in your response or you may post the message to a webpage and provide the URL. Please note, Newsletters and market campaigns must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
  4. Ensure your newsletter or marketing campaign includes an Opt-out link in the message. If your message does not include an Opt-out link, the increase request will be denied.
  5. Acknowledge that you have read, understand, and will abide by our Anti-Spam Policy
  6. By responding with the above information, you are also granting us permission to log on to your server to update the relay limits.
  7. Submit this information by clicking the Trouble Tickets button found under Support in your vded/ded hosting control panel.

NOTE: Failure to provide all requested information will result in increase denial. Agreements to our anti-spam policy must come in the form of an email or trouble ticket from the customer. It cannot be done over the phone via an escalation.

  3. Acknowledge that you have read, understand, and will abide by our Anti-Spam Policy
  4. By responding with the above information, you are also granting us permission to log on to your server to update the relay limits.
  5. Submit this information by clicking the Trouble Tickets button found under Support in your vded/ded hosting control panel.

***Please note, failure to provide all requested information will result in increase denial. Agreements to our anti-spam policy must come in the form of an email or trouble ticket from the customer. It cannot be done over the phone via an escalation.
