Can I change the session timeout on my Windows virtual dedicated server?

No, this is a system-wide setting that you cannot change.

Your Windows Virtual Dedicated Server times out after 5 minutes if Remote Desktop is shut down without logging off, or after 15 minutes if there is no activity.

This means that when you connect to your Windows virtual dedicated server using Remote Desktop Connection, your server will log you out automatically if you close Remote Desktop or stop working on your server.
