What are the benefits of using the QuickBooks Merchant Service payment gateway?

If you send Quick Shopping Cart receipts to Intuit® QuickBooks® using the Intuit QuickBooks Merchant Service payment gateway, you can reconcile those receipts in QuickBooks using the Intuit QuickBooks Merchant Service payment reconciliation feature.

If you use a different payment gateway, you can still configure Quick Shopping Cart to share data with QuickBooks. However, only the Intuit QuickBooks Merchant Service® gateway allows you to reconcile Quick Shopping Cart credit card payments within QuickBooks.
