Why can't I access my SmartSpace start page?

When you set up SmartSpace for your existing domain and update your DNS records, it can take up to an hour for the domain to propagate across the lookup servers on the Web.

You can access your new start page within minutes from the Account Manager, but you may not be able to navigate to it through a browser until it propagates.

NOTE: When you set up SmartSpace with a new domain, your start page should be accessible within minutes.
