If the failure was caused by a technical problem with Traffic Blazer or a targeted search engine, Traffic Blazer will continue trying to submit the page until it gets a response from the search engine. Once Traffic Blazer receives a response, the submission is considered successful.
If a page is successfully submitted, yet does not get indexed by a search engine, the reason usually is that the submitted page does not comply with the engine's submission guidelines.
If the search engine in question is a directory, you may have selected an inappropriate category for the submitted page.
