Adding Folders or Subfolders

To organize your messages in Web-Based Email, you can create custom folders and subfolders.

To Add a Folder or Subfolder

  1. From the Folders area, click the New Folder hyperlink.
  2. In the Folder Name field, type the name of the folder.
  3. To make the folder a subfolder, from the As a sub-folder of list, select the main folder.

    NOTE: You can also add a subfolder by clicking New Folder from the right-click menu.

  4. Click OK.
