Scheduling Events Using Quick Add

You can schedule events through Web-Based Email's calendar by using the Quick Add feature.

To Schedule an Event Using the Quick Add Feature

  1. Click the Calendar button.
  2. In the Quick Add box, type the subject of the event.
  3. From the Date list, select the date the event will occur.
  4. From the Start Time list, select the time the event will begin.
  5. From the Duration list, select the duration of the event.
  6. To send a reminder of the event to yourself, select Send reminder.
  7. To specify a recurrence, from the Recurrence list, select an option to indicate whether the event recurs, and, if necessary, specify when it recurs.
  8. Click Add Event.
