Adding Rules to Highlight Specific Messages

To highlight messages in Web-Based Email, you need to create rules.

To Add a Rule to Highlight Specific Messages

  1. From the Settings menu, click Message Highlighting.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. From the If list, set a rule by selecting the field you want to match.
  4. In the matches field, specify the value you want to match the field to.
  5. From the color palette, select the color you want to use to highlight the email messages.
  6. Click OK.

    NOTE: You can set multiple rules for highlighting messages.
