Searching for Content in an Email Message

You can search through the content of your Web-Based Email messages for a given word or phrase.
To Search for Content in an Email Message
- Click the Search hyperlink.
- Click Content Search.
- From the Folder list, select the folder you want to search in.
- In the Phrase field, type the word or phrase you want to search for.
- Click Search.
NOTE: If you expect to use the search criteria again, you may want to save the search. For more information about saving search criteria, see Saving Searches.
