Searching for Content in an Email Message

You can search through the content of your Web-Based Email messages for a given word or phrase.

To Search for Content in an Email Message

  1. Click the Search hyperlink.
  2. Click Content Search.
  3. From the Folder list, select the folder you want to search in.
  4. In the Phrase field, type the word or phrase you want to search for.
  5. Click Search.

NOTE: If you expect to use the search criteria again, you may want to save the search. For more information about saving search criteria, see Saving Searches.
