Managing Contacts in Mobile Mail

In Mobile Mail, you can manage a list of your contacts by adding and editing contact information. You can also search for a specific contact.

Locating a Contact in Mobile Mail

  1. Click Addresses.
  2. Click Search Contacts.
  3. In the Search field, enter the search term you want to search by.
  4. Use the checkbox(es) to select the contact(s) to which you want to send an email.
  5. To add the contact to a message, select To, CC, or BCC.

When you add the contact to a message, the compose window displays.

Adding a Contact in Mobile Mail

  1. Click Addresses.
  2. Click New Contact and then complete the following information:
    First Name
    The contact's first name.
    Last Name
    The contact's last name.
    Nickname
    The contact's nickname.
    Email
    The contact's email.
    Home Phone
    The contact's home phone number.
    Bus. Phone
    The contact's business phone number.
    Cell Phone
    The contact's cell phone number.
    Home Address
    The contact's home address.
    Business Address
    The contact's business address.
    Comment
    Additional information you want to include.
  3. Click Save.

Removing a Contact in Mobile Mail

  1. Click Addresses.
  2. Click Search Contacts.
  3. Enter the name of the contact you want to remove.
  4. Use the checkbox(es) to select the contact(s) you want to remove.
  5. Select Delete.
