Adding Resources to Groups

By associating resources with Calendar groups, you can reserve the resource for the time you need it. Resources include conference rooms, projectors, and other equipment.

To Add a Resource to a Group

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. On the navigation bar, click Groups.
  3. Click the name of the group you want to add a resource to.
  4. Click the Resources tab.
  5. In the Resource Name field, type the name of the resource.
  6. To make the resource public so that anyone can reserve it, select Public.
  7. In the Description field, type a description of the resource.
  8. Click Add Resource.
