Why is the Web-Based Email Rich Text composer not loading properly in IE6 and IE7?

If you are using Web-Based Email in Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 7 and have Full-Time SSL Mode enabled, your rich text composer may fail to load properly. To load the rich text composer again, refresh the page by pressing F5 or Ctrl + R. If the rich text composer still does not load, do one of the following and then click Compose:
To Disable Full-Time SSL Mode
- If the Compose New Email window is open, click Cancel.
- Click Settings.
- On the Display Settings page, in the Other Settings section, clear the checkbox for Use Full-Time SSL Mode.
- Click OK.
To Modify your Internet Security Settings
- If the Compose New Email window is open, click Cancel.
- In your Web browser, from the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- In the Security section, clear the checkbox for Do not save encrypted pages to disk.
- Click OK.
- Refresh the window by pressing F5 or Ctrl + R.
