Checking Your Zone File Records

You can check your zone file records to make sure you set them up correctly. Your results display by zone file record, and you can view the status for each record. If one of your records was set up incorrectly, you can update it.

To Check Your Zone File Records

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
  3. Click the domain name for which you want to check zone file records.
  4. In the Total DNS Control section, click Total DNS Control and MX Records.
  5. Click Check Zone Records.
  6. Review your zone file record results.
  7. When finished, click OK.
