Viewing Exceptions for Preset Profiles

If you add a privately registered domain to a profile that contains contact information or make a change to the domain outside the Domain Manager that results in the domain having different attributes than the profile, an exception occurs. Exceptions are normal and do not indicate a problem. From your list of exceptions, you can leave the domain as is or synchronize the attributes to match the profile.

To View Exceptions for a Preset Profile

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
  3. Click the Preset Profiles folder.
  4. In the Exceptions column, click the hyperlink for the profile that contains the exceptions you want to view.

The Preset Profile details page displays. You can view exceptions in the Exception Log area of the page.
