Merging .CA Registrant Accounts

You can merge one .ca registrant account into another, allowing you to easily manage your .ca domains from one account. To merge the .CA registrant accounts, you need the registrant number and the name associated with the registrant account you want to merge into another account, as listed in the domain's Whois information. To complete the process for merging the accounts, the customer with the account you're merging must follow the set of instructions we sent them through email.

To Merge .CA Registrant Accounts

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, select Domain Manager.
  3. Click the Preset Profiles folder.
  4. Click the name of the .CA registrant account to which you want to merge another registrant account.
  5. Click Merge Accounts.
  6. Complete the following:
    Registrant number
    The domain number associated with the account you want to merge into this account, as listed in the domain's Whois information.
    Name on registrant account
    The name associated with the registrant account.
  7. Click OK.
