Changing the Automatic Renewal Option for Your Domains

If your domains are set to renew automatically, we bill your credit card on the day your domain name expires. You can disable the automatic renewal feature at any time. You must manually renew your domains if you disable the automatic renewal feature. For more information, see Renewing Your Domain.

To Change the Automatic Renewal Option for Your Domain

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
  3. Use the checkbox(es) to select the domain name(s) you want to modify.
  4. From the Renew menu, select Change Auto Renew.
  5. To set your domain to automatically renew, select Automatically renew domains.
  6. To prevent your domain from automatically renewing, clear the Automatically renew domains checkbox.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click OK again.
