Checking the Status of Your Photo Store Order

You can check the status of your Photo Store order at any time.

To Check the Status of Your Photo Store Order

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the My Account section, select Photo Order Receipts.The Order History window displays.
  3. From the By Product Type: menu, select Photo and Photo Related Products. All your orders display in the list on the right, and the selected order details displays in the main order history view.
  4. To view the status of your order, click the Photo Order Status link. The Photo Order Status page displays with the details of your order.

There are several possible status states you might see:

Accepted (or Denied)
Order content meets standards.
Ordered
Order forwarded for printing.
Received
Order queued for printing.
Processed
Order has been printed.
Shipped
Prints have shipped.

To return to the Order History page and view all your photo order receipts, click View All Photo Order Receipts.
