What do I do after I purchase a logo design?

After you purchase a custom logo, we send you an email message that explains the process and outlines your next steps. When you are ready, you can log in to the Design Manger to begin the Interactive Online Interview. The Interactive Online Interview allows you to participate in the creation of your logo by exploring the elements that make up a logo, gathering important information, and making decisions that help your designer create the perfect logo for you.

The interview process is self-paced. You can stop at any point during the process, and easily return to where you left off. This is not only convenient, but gives you time to really think about your answers. At the end of the interview, you are asked to provide the best method of contacting you so that we can review your interview with you.

After you complete the Interactive Online Interview, a Design professional contacts you within two business days to schedule a review of your information, answer any questions, and discuss the time line for creating your logo.

If you are unable to complete the Interactive Online Interview, a telephone consultation can be scheduled.
