Through your folder options in Web-Based Email, you can arrange for flagged messages to display at the top of your message lists.
To Display Flagged Messages at the Top of Message Lists
- From the Folders area, right-click the folder you want to set the option for.
- Click Options.
- Select Flagged At Top.
- Click OK.
