Through the folder options of Web-Based Email, you can choose to display unread messages at the top of your message lists.
To Display Unread Messages at the Top of Message Lists
- From the Folders area, right-click the folder you want to set the option for.
- Click Options.
- Select Unread at Top.
- Click OK.
