Displaying Email Addresses in Message Lists

By default, your Web-Based Email message list displays only the name of the sender. You can change the way your email messages display by setting an option to display the email address as well as the name of the sender.
To Display Email Addresses in Message Lists
- From the Folders area, right-click the folder you want to set the option for.
- Click Options.
- Select Long Listing.
- Click OK.
