The Quick Shopping Cart site preview displays these items as an example of what the shopping cart displays when the customer places products in it. This is only an example and does not reflect the product catalog that you have created.
To see what your shopping cart looks like, publish your storefront, and then create a test order to familiarize yourself with the order flow.
