You can create folders and subfolders so that you can organize your email messages. Your personal folders display alphabetically in the Folders area, which is under your main folders (Inbox, Bulk Mail, Drafts, Send Later, Sent Items, and Trash). For more information, see Adding Folders or Subfolders.

You manage your folders by right-clicking the folder and selecting options from the right-click menu. You can add, rename, and delete some folders; move folders and messages; and delete messages from folders.

NOTE: You cannot delete your Inbox, Bulk Mail, Drafts, Sent Items, or Trash folders.

To set folder preferences, you can set options for individual folders. The preferences you set affect the folders and the list of messages within the folders. For each folder, you can set a sound to notify you of new messages, you can add a "To" column that indicates who a message was sent to, and you can add the email address to display in the To and From columns. You can also set an option to display unread and flagged messages at the top of the message list. For more information, see Setting Folder Options.
