Exporting Calendars

An .ics file is a standard way to store calendar information in a text file and is used to synchronize calendars on the Internet. You can export an .ics file for your calendars in your Calendar.

To Export a Calendar

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. From the Settings menu, select Manage ICS Calendars.
  3. Go to the Export tab.
  4. Use the checkboxes to select the calendar you want to export as an .ics file, and then click Export.
  5. In the File Download window, click Save.
  6. In the Save As window, select the folder to which you want to save the .ics file.
  7. In the File name field, enter a name for your .ics file or keep the default file name.
  8. Click Save.
