You can give another Calendar user access to your calendar so that another user can schedule and manage events, groups, and resources in your name. For example, you can give your personal assistant access to your calendar so that your assistant can schedule events for you.

When you grant another user access to your calendar, that user has full access to your calendars.

To Grant Calendar Access to Another User

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. From the navigation bar select Settings and click Settings from the drop-down options.
  3. Click the Calendar Access tab.
  4. In the Grant Calendar Access field, type the email address of the user you want to grant control of your calendar to, and then specify whether the user has See Free/Busy access or Full Control.
  5. Click OK.
