You can change the Administrative and Technical contact information for your .ca domains through the Preset Profile associated with your domains. Depending on whether you gave us permission to make changes for you, you may need to approve contact updates through your Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) registrant account. For more information about authorizing us to make changes for you, see Authorizing Us to Automatically Apply Requested Contact Changes to Your .ca Domains.

You manage your .ca domains through the Preset Profile associated with them. The Preset Profile displays in the list as CA-NNNNNNN, where NNNNNNN is your registrant account number. You can manage folders, locking, nameservers, forwarding, subdomains, CashParking, contacts, and domain deletion.

NOTE: Changing the contact information for the Preset Profile updates all domains associated with the profile.
