You can order prints of images in your Online File Folder without having to download the files. Once you add files to your Photo Store from Online File Folder, you specify shipping details and process your payment.

To Order Prints

  1. Log in to Online File Folder.
  2. Click an Order Prints button to add the image(s) to your Photo Store. The Photo Store displays.
  3. Click on the image(s) you want to print.
  4. Select the print category, sub-category, and options. For details about the print finish options, see the photo finishes descriptions below.
  5. Enter the quantity for the print order and click Add.

NOTE: Some images do not have the resolution to support certain print sizes and options. A message displays under the order item if the print size is not recommended.

  6. Click Checkout Now. (If you want to save the order and come back to it, click Checkout Later.)
  7. To confirm and place your order, log in to your account or create a new account and follow the shopping cart instructions to complete your order.

WARNING: If you close the window, your images are not saved in your Photo Store. Only items added to your order display again.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. For more information on checking the status of your order, see How do I check the status of my Photo Store order?

Once your order is placed, you cannot change it. For problems with your order, contact customer support.

Photo Finishes

You have three options for your print finish. Here is a description of and the common uses for each:

Glossy
A smooth, shiny coated surface that is the most reflective resulting in vibrant color. This is the most common finish and is best for photos that will be handled a lot. Most fingerprints or smudges wipe away.
Lustre
A smooth surface that is less reflective than glossy, but still resists fingerprints. This is the finish used most commonly by professionals.
Matte
A smooth, even surface free of reflection or shine. This is not recommended for photos that will be handled, and is best for photos that you plan to frame.
