Saving Entire Message Threads to a Folder

While organizing your email messages through Web-Based Email, you can save an entire message thread to a folder or subfolder.

To Save an Entire Message Thread to a Folder

  1. Click the name of the folder that contains the list of messages.
  2. Locate and click one of the email messages in the message thread you want to move.

    NOTE: If you enabled Message Preview, you must double-click the message to open the full message and to access the Entire thread checkbox. For more information about enabling Message Preview, see Setting Viewing Preferences.

  3. Select Entire thread.
  4. From the Move to folder list, select the folder you want to move the thread to.
  5. Click Move.
