Managing the Multiple Calendars View

In the Calendar multiple calendars view, you can add and remove calendars and manage the displayed events for enabled calendars.

NOTE: You can view up to four calendars at one time.

To Add or Remove Calendars in the Multiple Calendar View

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. Expand the Multiple Calendars View list in the navigation panel on the left.
  3. To open a list of your calendars, click the Select Calendars button.
  4. To add a calendar, select the calendar.
  5. To remove a calendar, clear the checkbox.
  6. Click OK.
    Your enabled calendars display in the View Multiple Calendars pane.

To Show Events in the Multiple Calendar View

  • Click the plus sign (+) of the enabled calendar.

To Hide Events in the Multiple Calendar View

  • Click the minus sign (-) of the enabled calendar.

CAUTION: To remove calendars from the display, you must disable them in the Select Calendars list.
